Can I order samples before placing the full tile order?

We always recommend checking a sample before ordering a full set of tiles, for one simple reason - tiles look quite different in your home than they do on a screen or a small catalogue photo. The colour, the depth of veining, the gloss level, the size of the pattern repeat and the way light falls on the surface all change once the tile is actually in place.

There are two easy ways to test a tile before committing:

1. Order a sample. You can buy a single tile, or one box of the design you're considering. Try it against your wall paint, your laminates, your sofa fabric and your floor - at different times of day, so you see it in morning light, afternoon light and evening light.

2. Visit our Experience Centre in Bangalore. Our full range is on display under proper lighting (warm, cool, daylight), so you can compare options side-by-side and see how the same tile reads in different conditions. Our in-house team and design consultants are available on weekdays to help you match a tile to the rest of your project.

Checking a sample first lets you confirm the shade, finish, texture and pattern, see how it pairs with your other materials, and place your final order with confidence - so you don't find out after the carpenter has laid 200 sq ft that the tile you loved online reads grey instead of warm beige in your living room.
